Mes excuses pour avoir promis une réponse et ne pas l'avoir donné... Disons que je suis moi-même resté sur mon appétit par la réponse de Norm. Je ne pense pas qu'une traduction soit nécessaire....
Monsieur G: Hello Norm,
A discussion has arise on my forum regarding a particular index number.
Taken from the "Abc" index numbers we had, I published an abandon hatif indice of -2 for the hand 12 vs A.
Many players are coming to me saying that Wong and CVData sims are much closer to -4 or -5
Is it possible that Wong and CVData are fudging any hard 12 (10-2, 9-3,8-4, 7-2, 6-6) thus creating a smaller index number and that you instead calculated an index for hard 12 except for the 6-6 hand ? This could maybe explained why you got -2...
Norm W.: CVData includes 66vA. But, indexes can vary by other indexes that are in the starting set or added to by other generated indexes.
Monsieur G: Not for abandon hatif... I only see 8-8 and 7-7 in the pair section...
Norm W.: Which is why 66 is included in 12vA. It isn’t pulled out.
Monsieur G: Ok, then how did we get -2 with "Abc"? I assumed it was because you took 6-6 vs A out of 12 vs A ? You have no souvenir doing this?
Norm W.:I’d need to know exactly how the run was made. Indexes depend on other indexes.
En conclusion, Norm devrait connaitre chacun des paramètres ayant mené à la conclusion tirée d'une simulation particulière pour se prononcer.
